FIRST CALL
The first step is to set an appointment for an approximately 20-minute call. This will be our introduction to one another and a chance to ask questions. We will be learning what your objectives and goals are for the project. The purpose of this call is to get a deeper understanding of whether we’re the right fit for the project that you had in mind. This is also your opportunity to ask questions about us and our company. If this call results in a mutual decision to move forward the next step would be to schedule a home visit.
PRE CONSTRUCTION

At the beginning of the pre-construction process, you may have a basic set of plans or none at all. We are capable of guiding you through either possibility. If you don’t have plans we will recommend architects and help you build your design team. As we go through the pre-construction process, our goal is to develop your plans as fully as possible. The end result is a clear set of construction-ready drawings and a detailed proposal. Our pre-construction process is purposefully heavy on planning. This limits the likelihood of change orders and increases the chances of uncovering issues before any work starts. Both of these goals significantly limit any surprise costs throughout your project. A clear, realistic schedule will be developed to let you know the timeframe of the project. Another important benefit of this detailed planning phase is that questions are answered and choices are made on the front end that save delays during construction. This is especially key as we deal with a recovering global supply chain. Once we have the plans fully developed the next step is to move to the construction phase.

CONSTRUCTION
This is where the dream starts to happen. We introduce our team of trusted trade partners to the project based on the parameters set in the pre-construction stage. We build according to the plan’s exact specifications and selections. We work closely with the design team should any unforeseen issues or concerns arise during construction. We are in regular, close communication with you the homeowner and also the design team which include regular onsite project meetings. You also have access to the progress of your project through our online software that helps you stay updated on any changes as we move through the construction process.

CLOSEOUT AND WARRANTEE
At the completion of the project we ensure all inspections and permits are completed and closed out correctly with the necessary officials. This will avoid any problems on any future projects. All relevant documentation (instruction manuals, spec sheets, etc) will be arranged and provided in an easy-to-use format. We are available as needed once your home update is complete should you encounter any issues or have any follow-up questions. Regardless we like to do a check-in after 3 months along with a detailed walk-thru after 1 year. That gives you an opportunity to get any smaller issues resolved and we have a chance to inspect our work to ensure everything is working correctly and efficiently. Going forward, we are only a call away and will always be available to you as needed with any future questions.
